The Workplace Campaign is the heart of our engagement Strategy. By working with and through Companies, we support the development and implementation of their Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) Plans as well as provide opportunities for deepening employee engagement. By reaching out to Individuals as Employees, UWTT receives through a simple direct payroll deduction one payment from the employer, ensuring that their contribution is received in full. Matching contributions by the employer can encourage employees to participate – and in turn contributes to the enhancement of the Corporate Culture by making a better society.
